October 25: Dr. Percival Dela Agordah, Reclaiming Indigenous Foods Chair of the 2024 Pan African Conference on Nutrition & Public Health, Dela shares the results of his studies on food security, the nutritional values of traditional foods & plants, & risks of current trends towards “convenience foods”
